• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error can be proven.

For Sports Betting: cancelled matches will result in a full bet refund. For live betting, only bets confirmed before any odds change will be honoured.

• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Third-Party Accounts: Logging into another person's account or selling your account.
